carbon fiber parts, made from yours.

Because Furey Industries provides something no one else does. We are built around making carbon fiber more accessible, especially for one-off and low-volume automotive and motorcycle projects. You can start with a 3D model, or simply send us an existing part and we can scan and model it for you.
Rather than requiring you to already understand CAD, tooling, or composite manufacturing, we help guide the project from what you have now to a finished carbon fiber part.
-
No. If you already have a 3D model, we can use it to begin evaluating your project. If you don’t have one, we can work from an existing physical part by 3D scanning and modeling it for manufacturing.
-
Yes. Send us photos of the part to get started. If the project is a good fit, you can send us the original part so we can scan it, create the digital model and tooling, and manufacture the carbon fiber version.
-
Yes. One-off custom parts are a major part of what Furey Industries currently produces, particularly automotive and motorcycle body panels and other aesthetic components.
-
If you already have a 3D model of your part, you can submit it through our website to get started. If you don’t have a 3D model, take clear photos of the part from all sides and include a dollar bill in each photo for scale.
Once we receive your request, we’ll review the part with you and discuss your application, material options, and project requirements. From there, we can provide a quote.
If we determine that we need the original part in order to accurately duplicate it in carbon fiber, you’ll ship it to Furey Industries for scanning and modeling.
We’ll then manufacture your new carbon fiber part to the agreed specifications. Once it’s complete, we’ll ship your original part and your finished carbon fiber part back to you together, along with tracking information.
-
Turnaround time depends on whether you already have a 3D model of the part. If you provide a usable 3D model, most projects can be completed in about one week. If Furey Industries needs to scan your existing part and create the 3D model first, the process can take up to three weeks or longer.
Project complexity may affect timing, and we’ll provide a more accurate estimate once we’ve reviewed your part and project requirements.
