WHY FUREY
INDUSTRIES

Custom carbon fiber hood trim

carbon fiber upgrades shouldn’t require you to be an engineer.

Especially when the brains behind Furey Industries already is.

Getting a part recreated in carbon fiber has traditionally meant navigating CAD files, tooling, molds, composite manufacturing, and a lot of back-and-forth.

Furey Industries was built around a simpler idea: start with what the customer already has and create a more straightforward path to the finished part.

If you already have a 3D model, great. If you don’t, that shouldn’t stop the project before it starts. Furey Industries can work from an existing physical component, using 3D scanning and modeling to create the digital geometry needed for manufacturing.

If you need a little inspiration, here’s a list of possible parts that could be recreated in carbon fiber:

  • Motorcycle: front and rear fenders, fairings, side panels, belly pans, tail sections, seat cowls, tank covers, headlight surrounds, gauge/instrument surrounds, chain guards, heel guards, radiator shrouds, airbox covers, battery covers, small trim panels, luggage/top-case panels, saddlebag lids or decorative covers

  • Automotive exterior: hood vents/scoops, mirror caps or housings, spoilers, splitters, diffusers, canards, grille surrounds, fog-light surrounds, bumper inserts, fender vents, rocker-panel trim, roof trim, hatch or trunk trim, license-plate surrounds, small aero panels, cowl panels

  • Automotive interior: dash trim, center-console trim, door-panel inserts, gauge bezels, switch panels, shifter surrounds, steering-column covers, seat-back shells, speaker grilles or surrounds, trim around infotainment/HVAC controls

  • Powersports / specialty vehicles: ATV/UTV body panels, side-by-side dash panels, fenders, roof inserts, console panels, snowmobile side panels or cowls, kart bodywork, small race-car aero or cosmetic panels

  • Restoration / discontinued-part work: hard-to-find trim panels, discontinued motorcycle fairings, vintage dash panels, obsolete body covers, custom replacements for damaged plastic or fiberglass parts

  • Custom enthusiast projects: one-off show-car trim, race-bike bodywork, track-day aero pieces, restomod interior panels, custom bodywork for modified vehicles, and parts that were originally fiberglass or plastic but the owner wants recreated in carbon fiber

the possibilities are (nearly) endless.
